These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website purecoastwater.com and your communications with Pure Coast Water, operated by Scale Swift LLC (“Pure Coast Water,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our Site, submitting a request, or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Our Services
Pure Coast Water provides residential water treatment products and installation services, including whole-home filtration and softening systems and under-sink reverse-osmosis drinking-water systems, in Southern California. Descriptions and specifications on the Site are for general information and may change.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Submitting our form is a request for a quote and does not create a binding agreement. Pricing depends on your home, water conditions, and the results of an in-home water test. Any purchase is governed by the written agreement you sign at the time of sale.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms
Program: By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking the consent box on our form), you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and non-marketing text messages (SMS/MMS) and calls from Pure Coast Water at the number provided. Messages may include appointment and quote notifications, customer-care and account messages, and promotional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier and device availability.
Your mobile opt-in information and consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any communications you receive from us.
5. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Pure Coast Water name and marks, are owned by us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
6. Warranties & Disclaimers
Product warranties, where offered, are described in your written purchase agreement and the manufacturer’s warranty documentation. Except as expressly stated there, the Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Coast Water will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our communications. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to this page with a revised “Effective date.” Your continued use of the Site or our messaging program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
